Optimus Prime Dispatch LLC Dispatch Agreement

Dispatcher agrees to provide freight dispatch services for the carrier listed above.
Carrier agrees to pay a dispatch fee of 8% of the gross load for each load secured.
Carrier is responsible for drivers, equipment, insurance, cargo safety and all FMCSA compliance.
Carrier agrees not to solicit brokers or customers introduced by Optimus Prime Dispatch LLC for 2 years after termination.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
Dispatcher is not liable for cargo claims, operational incidents or payment disputes.
